Thank you for visiting and shopping at WhiteOak Online. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Orders to Dubai will be delivered next day. However, orders to other cities will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping/Delivery rates

You can avail FREE DELIVERY on the orders of 60 AED or above.

Below 60 AED, minimal delivery charge of 15 AED will be applied over all UAE.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

We DOES NOT ship to P.O. BOXES

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The WhiteOak Online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
